- Minced meat – 500 grams
- Corn Flower – 2 tablespoons
- Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons
- Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 table spoon
- Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
- Eggs – 2
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Flour – 1 cup
- Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese crumbs – 1 cup
- Salt
- Oil

Preparation
- First, take 500 grams of chicken without bones and cut it well with a knife until it is finely chopped.
- Once chopped, mix the chicken mince with garlic paste, ginger paste, black pepper powder, red pepper powder, cornflower, coriander leaf paste, mozzarella cheese paste and salt.
- Now apply a little olive oil on the hands and board. The amount of minced meat should be taken in a vertical shape the size of a finger.
- I will take flour in another bowl. Spread the chicken fingers well one by one.
- Beat two eggs well in a pot and mix it well with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder.
- Now the chicken fingers should be smeared first with eggs and then with breadcrumbs.
- Once all the chicken fingers are smeared in the mixture, put them in a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Now heat oil in a pan. Now you have to fry the chicken fingers in deep oil.
- Once fried, pick up on a plate and serve hot with tomato ketchup or any of your favorite sauces with crispy cheese chicken fingers.
