Nasi goreng is a very popular very tasty Indonesian fried rice dish. The recipe is not as difficult as its name! Let’s not exaggerate, and learn this Nasi Gareng cooking recipe.

Ingredients For Nasi Goreng

Nasi Goreng
  • Cooked rice – 2 cups
  • Onion sprouts – 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – 2 teaspoons
  • Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Oyster Sauce – 1 tsp
  • Fish sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli paste – 1/2 teaspoon (even if you don’t want to add salt)
  • Onion leaf sprouts – a little
  • Egg Fry – 2 piece (lightly fried eggs fried and fried)
  • Shrimp peeled – 1/2 cup
  • Boiled peas – a little
  • Sesame oil / any oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt

Preparation

  • First put onion with oil in the pan. When it is light red, add ginger garlic paste and cook with shrimp for 3 minutes.
  • Now cook it with red chilli paste and lemon juice for 2 minutes.
  • Now with the cooked rice, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, egg yolk, boiled peas, chopped onion leaves and salt and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • Take down and sprinkle onion leaves.
