Spicy Tamarind Fish Curry (Tetul Macher Torkari-মশলাদার তেঁতুল মাছের তরকারি) – It’s really good for health, Fish Curry is one of the favorite item of bangladeshi people. Hope you all can enjoy this delicious recipe after cooking.

Ingredients Tamarind Fish Curry

  • Four items of any medium or giant measurement fish
  • Dried chilli paste (blended in a blender with beech) 2 tbsp
  • Half a teaspoon of ripe tamarind
  • Ginger – 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
  • Onion paste 1 tbsp. Spoon
  • Coriander powder, turmeric powder by half a teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon of any fish spice (non-compulsory)
  • Salt
  • Ripe tomatoes 1 1 medium measurement 4 slices
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 stick of lemon grass (for a pleasant scent)
  • Lemon leaves 3-Four hours
  • Cooking oil – as wanted
Tamarind Fish Curry

Preparation

First, wash the fish pieces well, rub them with salt and pepper and lightly fry them in oil.
Heat oil in another pot and add chilli paste. Keep moving. After two minutes, add onion, garlic and ginger paste.
Add salt. Add a little water, then add the powdered spices.
After one minute add lemon juice and lemon leaves, add sugar. Cover with half a cup of water.
When the oil rises to the top, add the fried fish and tomato slices. Add another half cup of water, cover.
Reduce the heat of the stove to medium heat, cook for 5/6 minutes and add tamarind paste. Now take it down after two minutes.
Spicy turmeric fish curry with sour taste was made.
It was accompanied by lemon grass and lemon leaves.

Ingredients
  

-Four items of any medium or giant measurement fish-Dried chilli paste (blended in a blender with beech) 2 tbsp

-Half a teaspoon of ripe tamarind

-Ginger – 1 teaspoon of garlic paste

-Onion paste 1 tbsp. Spoon

-Coriander powder, turmeric powder by half a teaspoon

-1 teaspoon of any fish spice (non-compulsory)

-Salt

-Ripe tomatoes 1 1 medium measurement 4 slices

-1 teaspoon of sugar

-1 stick of lemon grass (for a pleasant scent)

-Lemon leaves 3-Four hours

-Cooking oil – as wanted

    Instructions
     

    • First, wash the fish items effectively, rub them with salt and pepper and evenly fry them in oil.
    • Warmth oil in one other pot and add chilli paste. Maintain shifting. After two minutes, add onion, garlic and ginger paste.
    • Add salt. Add just a little water, then add the powdered spices.
    • After one minute add lemon juice and lemon leaves, add sugar. Cowl with half a cup of water.
    • When the oil rises to the highest, add the fried fish and tomato slices. Add one other half cup of water, cowl.
    • Scale back the warmth of the range to medium warmth, prepare dinner for five/6 minutes and add tamarind paste. Now take it down after two minutes.
    • Spicy turmeric fish curry with bitter style was made.
    • It was accompanied by lemon grass and lemon leaves.
